broken air conditioning no compensation
The hotel had a lobby outfitted with seating areas.
The air conditioning unit was broken in my room. I requested it to be fixed, but an engineer never came. I received no updates and no compensation for the inconvenience.

Charming Stay Near Gare de Lyon
bilingual staff continental selection
The staff was bilingual, speaking both French and English fluently. This helped a lot. Breakfast included an extensive continental selection, which I found lovely. I also liked how the breakfast timespan was large, so there was no crowding!
My room was smaller than I expected, though I accept it is common in big cities.

The hotel provides complimentary coffee and water bottle filling stations around the clock from the breakfast area. That was a welcome convenience. The breakfast service offers a limited though appropriate and tasty selection for all guests each morning.

This hotel has a central location. It made getting there from Gare de Lyon easy upon my arrival by train. The hotel is basically in the middle of all the attractions. That was a boon.

The room included a good shower with toiletries included. Fresh towels were provided daily . The beds had a superb comfort, offering a restful sleeping experience.

Staff members were amazing. They were helpful . The staff spoke both French and English. This supported effective communication. They provided quick responses to all requests, showing dedication and care.

great breakfast choice friendly staff great location
I stayed for a few nights. the breakfast had a great choice. It was so convenient to start the day right. the staff were super friendly and always ready to help, a true delight. the location is great, very close to a main metro station.
the air con didn't work sufficiently, a slight discomfort.
